Delivery is what we do

Radial specializes in working with new and existing clients who need a radical focus on delivery, and whose efforts center on business and customer development. Radial clients build their businesses. We will build the software.

Radial is prepared to move as quickly as you want.

Radial doesn’t believe simply adding resources to a project will increase the pace for that project’s delivery. We work within a framework that allows us to make an immediate impact, and to accelerate our client’s progress. We provide a range of services to support our clients, including everything from application stability support only to utilizing our entire team to work full time on your product.

Typically, Radial customers opt to engage with a pair of developers who work full time for two sprints each month.

Call us

The choices listed represent rough guidelines for the budget process for a product. Radial takes pride in asking our clients to pay us solely for work that we have done, and which the customer is able to release.

The monthly charges are estimates, based on a four-week (non-calendar) sprint/month. Your company is billed only for completed work. Radial offers services to fit a range of budgets, as well as additional goal-oriented sprints for specific types of work.

Planning your project

Radial works with clients at any stage of business development, whether the company is a new startup, one with established products, or a company that wants to accelerate its development pace. Radial’s focus on relentless delivery does not waiver, regardless of the stage of your business. Our engagement differs slightly depending on your needs. Choose from the options below to learn about typical project expectations.

Startups projects

We love helping startups and entrepreneurs with validated ideas. We encourage the application of techniques detailed in Steve Case’s The Four Steps to the Epiphany and Eric Reis’ The Lean Startup, as well as many of the principles of Agile software development.

Depending on the size and scope of your project, Radial expects an initial engagement to look something like this:

Following this cycle, clients have a substantial product foundation. Radial schedules continuing development, based on client expectations and customer development.

Existing projects

Radial has extensive experience working with existing clients. Sometimes they are startups who have additional needs unmet by their teams, or they are companies with existing products. Radial applies Lean and Agile development practices similar to greenfield startups.

Radial expects to deliver at least two significant milestones. The Radial team can schedule continuing development, based on client expectations and customer development

"Thank you so much again! I've had a great experience with you! I'll definitely be sharing your service with my network."
