Office Manager

As the only non-developer at Radial, Natalie has adapted to being a fish out of water like an amphibian.

Her regular passions are being outdoors, playing music, and well… not nerd things. Natalie came to Radial with experience in leadership, management and administration. During her first year, she assumed virtually every aspect of business and financial management at Radial in addition to filling certain long-standing gaps in meeting organizational objectives. She handles financial planning, bookkeeping, account receivable, planning events, vendor relations and facilities. Her role captures virtually all unmanaged details within the organization and frees up management to implement vision.

Outside of work, Natalie is passionate about social justice and serving her community and loved ones.

Right now, Natalie is studying to pursue a more Product focused role.
